Dear Community Groups,
The Town of Rocky Mountain House has begun a process to develop a Recreation Master Plan. Expedition Management Consulting Ltd. (Expedition), a leading recreation, parks, culture, and tourism planning firm, will be engaging the community and developing the plan. Expedition, on behalf of the Town of Rocky Mountain House, would like to connect with community members and groups early on in the process to gain your input on what is of greatest importance to you in terms of recreation and parks development.
If you would like to help shape the future of recreation in Rocky Mountain House, we encourage you to participate in this important process through the following input opportunities.
- An online community group survey will be available from April 23 to May 20, 2025. The survey can be accessed using the link below.
- Digital Community Input Workshops will be held on May 8 and 14. The sessions will begin with a brief presentation about the project followed by a facilitated discussion to collect your input. The times for each session are provided below. Note that the same material will be covered at each session.

- If you are unable to attend any of the workshops or fill out a survey, but would still like to participate, please contact Cassandra Gilmore by May 20, 2025 at cassandra@expeditionconsulting.ca and we will work with you to find a way to provide input.
